Our beginnings – Several years ago, seeing little or no political action or attention by the Democratic Party in the Diamond Bar/Walnut/Rowland Heights/Chino Hills and neighboring communities, Peggye Jackson decided to take a stand. With encouragement and support from others of like mind, her journey began. Our first meeting was held in 2015. We have been chartered as a Los Angeles County Democratic Club since July 2016 and all democrats are welcome to join!
Membership meetings are held the third Saturday of the month at 11:00 am at IBEW 47 Union Hall (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers), 600 N. Diamond Bar Boulevard in Diamond Bar.
At our monthly meeting we approve minutes of the previous meeting, the treasurer’s report, discuss new and old business and have a guest speaker.
